Purify and strengthen your body in this core vinyasa yoga. A good dose of sun salutations to warm up the body and boat pose and plank will fire up the abdominals early in the practice. A sequence of balancing poses and twists helps to build powerful core work woven in throughout the flow. Balance everything out with a few backbends and hip opening.
