Beginners Pole

Learn the fundamentals of pole dance and fitness with basic spins, tricks and combos. Attention is also given to building upper body and core strength as well as flexibility to help in your pole skill progress and pole flow. NO POLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!  Just come with an open heart and mind.

Intermediate Pole

Think your foundation is strong enough? Looking to grow your skill even more? Try levelling up to our intermediate pole class wherein the progression of basics, flow and tricks all come together in beautiful harmony. Learn new tricks and techniques to polish your craft. Basic knowledge of pole inversion required. See you there!
