Open to all levels. This 1-hour group class will challenge and increase your core strength. It is a high intensity, endurance-based workout. It also focuses on a specialized format and individual progression.
It is a fusion of mindful movement, fitness and ballet. The class will bring harmony in the exercises, particularly breathing, ballet disciplines, relaxation, and visualization. The techniques will be used to introduce a physical training that will develop better posture and symmetry of the body.
